Return Policy

For Return and Exchange queries, contact us via email at info@suraiya.pk. The Suraiya Team will review your request, and you will receive a response within 7 working days.

We offer a 14-day Exchange & Return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to exchange or request a return.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• You received a damaged or defective item.
• You received the wrong product, such as a different color, design, or fabric from what was ordered.

Please note that customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• It must include all original tags and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Handcrafted products or Adda Work items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
• Seasonal products, including short-duration items, are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us within 5 working days from the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier and update you accordingly.

Eligibility

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable via cash or bank transfers; however, you may request a voucher for future purchases or retail credit.
• Refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders made by bank transfers or credit/debit card.
• Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including minor size or design modifications.
• Exchange of size is not available for customized orders.
• Handcrafted products or Adda Work items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
• Seasonal products, including short-duration items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

For Exchange and Return queries, contact us via email at info@suraiya.pk. The Suraiya Team will review your request, and you will receive a response within 7 working days.

To exchange an item, please return the original order after approval and within the 14-day grace period. If we receive the product after 14 days, your dispatched item will be sent back to your address.

Once we receive and approve the exchange, we will dispatch your exchange order. Please note that the logistics charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer.

Additional Information

• Handcrafted products or Adda Work items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
• Seasonal products, including short-duration items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation or Modification

All prepaid orders are considered final after confirmation.

Cancellation or modification requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or modify the order due to our fulfillment and shipping process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Contact us via email at info@suraiya.pk. The Suraiya Team will review your request, and you will receive a response within 7 working days.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Please note that:

• Delivery charges and tax charges are non-refundable on both returns and exchanges.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@suraiya.pk for assistance.
