Colors can be selected only from those currently available on our website.
If you choose an abaya with minimal or additional changes, both half and full advance payment options are available for online orders.
All customized orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers may choose colors only from the options available on our website.
No other fabrics or colors outside our collection are available for customization.
Design Your Abaya
Once you have selected your fabric color, you can move on to the design phase.
If you are choosing our existing designs with only color changes, the process will be simple and smooth.
If you are providing your own design, please note:

There will be additional charges.
Your provided design may not turn out exactly like the picture, as photos can differ from the actual garment.
Choosing from our available designs ensures easier, faster and more accurate production.
You may request different necklines, sleeve lengths, silhouettes and other design elements to create a unique piece that reflects your personal style.
Select Your Design Colour
After finalizing the design, the next step is to choose your desired color.
If you request changes immediately after order, please note:
The final shade may vary slightly depending on what is available in the market.
If you want the exact same color as shown in a reference or internet picture, there will be additional charges, and we will confirm 100% match.
Colors and embellishments shown online may appear different due to lighting, editing or screen settings.
Slight variations may occur in pearls, shimmer, beads, other embellishments and embroidered threads.
Provide Your Measurements
This step is essential for tailoring the garment to your exact body size.
Follow the measurement guide provided on our website to measure yourself accurately.
Once you have your measurements, enter them into the designated fields on the order form.
For abayas, we only require the following measurements in inches: Sleeve Length, Shoulder, and Abaya Length.
Our abayas are not body-fitted; they are designed as modest wear, allowing you to sit, walk and pray comfortably.
If you already have an abaya that fits you well, you may measure that abaya for reference.
For length, if you think it may be too long or too short, simply share your height; we will adjust the abaya length according to it.
